Can a torn tautliner curtain be repaired?+
In most cases yes. Clean tears, forklift strikes, failed seams, pulled eyelets and strap damage are repaired by welding a prepared PVC patch and reinforcing the surrounding panel.
How do I get a repair quote?+
Send photographs of the damage on WhatsApp — one from a metre back and one close-up — with the approximate tear length and the trailer type.
When is replacement better than repair?+
When the fabric is UV-chalked and brittle, when there are many overlapping repairs, or when a tear runs across most of a panel.
Do you repair the hardware too?+
Yes. Buckles, ratchets, straps, eyelets, corner plates and roller hooks can be replaced as part of the repair.
